Momo Foundation is a charitable foundation based in the USA that provides financial support to registered non-profit organizations serving the needs of the disabled, children, and other overlooked sections of our society. The foundation is funded with annual contributions from its grantors. We also accept contributions from donors who share our mission of helping the less fortunate, and forward 100% of those contributions to their chosen cause, with no deductions for overhead or other costs. Momo Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, all contributions to the foundation are tax-deductible.

Momo (1998-2016), pictured above, was a child with multiple disabilities who passed away two months short of his 18th birthday, of congestive heart failure from a rare genetic disorder, after spending 24 days on life support at the Intensive Care Unit at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. This charitable foundation was set up by Momo's parents to celebrate his memory by helping improve the lives of the disabled, neglected, and other forgotten sections of the society, and allowing them to live with dignity​​.
