Momo (1998-2016), pictured above, was a child with multiple disabilities who passed away two months short of his 18th birthday, of congestive heart failure from a rare genetic disorder, after spending 24 days on life support at the Intensive Care Unit at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. This charitable foundation was set up by Momo's parents to celebrate his memory by helping improve the lives of the disabled, neglected, and other forgotten sections of the society, and allowing them to live with dignity.
